Basic Information
Itchy was a villain who was usually paired with Pruneface. He has a pale pallor, pursed lips, and has an uncontrollable need to scratch.
Character History
In the comic strip, Itchy (real name Itchell Oliver) was a career criminal. His need to scratch was due to a skin condition. His friend Shaky had left a fortune to Tracy's friend B.O. Plenty, so he tried to implicate B.O. in Shaky's death in order to get the money. Itchy would be shot to death by Tracy in a later storyline.
