Plot Overview
The illegal adoption of a baby by his friends Ray (Eddie Ryder) and Jean Graham (Patricia Breslin) places Captain Matt Holbrook (Robert Taylor) in the role of a seeming villain when he intervenes in a baby extortion case.
Jean is Captain Holbrook’s former secretary. The real mother is demanding money from the Grahams, threatening to reclaim the child who the Grahams have raised since infancy. Also involved are a crooked lawyer and a wealthy grandmother.
