Plot Overview
Ronnie convinces Tony to go undercover as a well-heeled high roller to expose a prostitution ring, but Tony's appalled to find out that the 18-year-old daughter of a close friend is one of the hookers. After the pimp is found shot to death, Tony's friend confesses to the crime, but Tony's certain he's lying, possibly to protect his daughter. David installs an illegal cable hookup to get premium cable channels, but Rachel discovers the scheme. Tony interviews a few candidates for Chief of Detectives, but finally settles on an old friend to fill the job.
