Plot Overview

Tony pulls out all the stops after a seriously ill infant is kidnapped from his home. When his mother tells Tony that he has a serious lactose allergy and could die if given milk, it becomes a race to save the boy from a black-market baby ring. Rachel frets about denying David permission to go on a school trip to Washington, D.C., in light of what's happening with the baby, but Tony tells her that they can't be too overprotective of their children.
