Plot Overview
After a friend is killed in a traffic accident, Tony goes to work on helping the man's widow, who has no insurance since the dead man cashed in the policy. He discovers that his friend owed $30,000 to a loan shark, and in trying to find out why he borrowed the money, also discovers that the man had a second wife in Allentown, PA. Tony also deals with a leak in the ceiling of his office and also with David, who was caught stealing CDs from a music store.
