Plot Overview

A dope pusher that Tony couldn't nail for murder is killed himself, choking to death on his own cigar after Tony threatened to shove it down his throat. Not long afterward, he gets a phone call from someone who claims that he can do what Tony can't do, and that he's Tony's 'partner'. When a second pusher is found dead, Tony suspects that someone in the department is either the killer or giving information to the killer. Rachel gets an offer to be an administrator at a school for special students, but it would mean that the family would have to move to Buffalo. Tony and his men come up with a plan to help out a luckless Gordy.
