Plot Overview
The suspect in a series of vicious rapes happens to be a visiting dignitary with diplomatic immunity, leading Tony through a mess of red tape trying to nail him. At home, Sarah's crying at all hours keeps Tony and Rachel awake, so he tries different techniques to quiet her.
