Plot Overview
A mugging victim reveals that she's having flashbacks to a murder she witnessed 35 years before, eventually realizing that the victim was her own brother. Paulie, Tony's visiting childhood friend and an LAPD detective on 'vacation', helps the Commissioner with the investigation, which leads back to the victim's high school days. Also, a man frantically approaches Stan and tells that his child has been kidnapped, but Tony wonders what's going on when the picture given to the cops is that of none other than a young Mickey Rooney!
