Plot Overview
Tony's latest murder investigation involves Rachel's cousin Benny, a used car salesman who's being forced to use his cars in smuggling of drugs and guns. Around the precinct, he deals with an office assistant with an attitude, and Tony also wonders what Rachel has planned for his 40th birthday celebration.
