Plot Overview
Chief Pope is out on a ride along with Flynn and Provenza. They walk up to a crime scene which is being investigated by Detective Richard Tracy. He volunteers to process the evidence from the crime scene and drives off with the evidence in his trunk. Later, when everyone is back at the office, Detective Tracy is no where to be found. Brenda Leigh realizes that they have given all the evidence from the crime scene to Detective Dick Tracy.
