Plot Overview
Craig and Richard are sent to the arctic to investigate a seismic tremor, which experts are convinced is a nuclear explosion. They find a group of soldiers commanded by General Gomez who are planning to use a stockpile of weapons to force the United Nations to give in to his demands.
