Plot Overview
Paul Waterman is caught after breaking into the Columbian Embassy apparently having taken pictures of secret papers, but when his camera is examined there is no film in it. Waterman is sent to prison, and Craig poses as a cellmate, in order to get closer to Waterman and find out who he really is, and what happened to the film.
