Plot Overview
After being falsely accused of bomb threats, an eccentric artist, who's upset that his works aren't being displayed, embarks on yet another bomb scare, with cops and a psychologist pursuing him...but he's not crazy and he's not a mad bomber, and he definitely has a method to his madness.
