Season Three of The 4400 premiered on June 11, 2006. The season takes place directly after the previous season finale and will likely deal primarily with the apparent resurrection of Jordan Collier and Isabelle Tyler's rapid aging from an infant to an adult. Other character arcs in the season hinted at by producers of the show include a possible romantic relationship between Shawn Farrell and Isabelle, the disappearance of a prominent 4400 and the continued transformation of Kevin Burkhoff from his promicin injections.

As well as the return of Billy Campbell, this season also sees the addition of Karina Lombard and Megalyn Echikunwoke as series regulars. Laura Allen and Chad Faust have both left the show.
