Plot Overview

Sam tells Justin about Billy Joe's arrest. Elliot calls Iris and tells her about Billy Joe's arrest and Iris goes to the police station and tells them that they have the wrong man. Nita tells them that Billy Joe is innocent and Billy Joe also tells them that he didn't do it. The police tell Justin that he is a free man and he has words with Billy Joe. Elliot tries to get Iris to see that Clipper and Billy Joe shot Alex but Iris believes that Justin set Billy Joe up. Billy Joe remembers seeing Elliot somewhere before. Billy Joe tells Iris and Elliot that someone entered his place the night Alex was shot but can't remember who and then says it was Justin. Elena worries about Jeb after surgery but Ginny tells her that Jeb is OK. Rikki questions Elena about where she was when she ran away and she still denies being at Billy Joe's. Reena tells a drunken Vicky that if she doesn't rehire and promote Justin then she will take KVIK away from her. At the KVIK board meeting Reena moves to have Vicky removed as the head of KVIK. Reena finds Justin making plans with Sam for dinner and tells him that he is having dinner with her instead.
