Plot Overview
The police search Bernie's trailer and find the rifle then they arrest Bernie. Billy Joe sees the police with Bernie. Ryan talks to Ginny and they decide on Christmas Eve as their wedding date. Ryan wonders about Elliot. Rikki sees Nita and then the police come looking for Billy Joe. Nita tells Rikki that Billy Joe is innocent and Billy Joe says Elena can prove it. At Gulf Coast, Ginny keeps Jeb company. Jeb tells Courtney she better make sure the age difference between Kevin and her is something she can handle while Kevin overhears Courtney tell Jeb that she loves and respects Kevin. Shelly asks Rikki and then Kevin about Mr. Wesley. Kevin tells Courtney that his divorce will be final by the end of the year and now is the time for Courtney to make sure she wants to marry him. Billy Joe pulls a knife on Maggie in front of Rikki and Nita and tries to get Nita to believe in his innocence. Maggie gets free and calls the police who arrive and tells Billy Joe to come out with his hands up.
