Plot Overview

Sam visits Justin and tells him that Vicky has fired him. Elliot and Iris arrive for the reading of the will as do Terry and Dennis. Sam tells Donovan that Justin didn't do it. Dennis tells Striker that he doesn't want anything from Alex. Sam talks to Elliot about rifles and tells him that she knows Justin is innocent. Back at work, Billy Joe feels better with Justin in jail. Sam tells Elliot that she suspects Clipper and Billy Joe. Striker tells Iris to give Dennis some time to accept things. Iris is outraged to learn that Striker is defending Justin and calls the police to make sure that Justin is charged with 1st degree murder. Iris and Ryan disagree about Justin's guilt. Dennis tells Paige about Alex leaving him 1/3 of his estate and then tells Paige he wants no part of it. Paige tells Dennis to forget about Dawn and accept the money. Paige calls Elliot to tell him that Dennis doesn't want the money and wants Elliot to talk to him. In court, Justin pleads not guilty to 1st degree murder.
