Plot Overview
Kate finds Justin packing. Ryan calls and checks on Arthur Wesley then comforts Terry and tells her that Alex's sister Alexis cannot make it to the funeral. Rikki tells Ryan he blames himself for Alex's death. Reena and Stryker find Justin with Kate and convince him to stay and fight the charges or the ranch will be lost. At the hospital Ryan introduces Rikki to Shelly Lee and tells him Alex is alive. Ryan tells Rikki someone might have set Justin up. Kate learns from Reena that she and Striker put the money up for Justin's bail. Sam tries to comfort Vicky and then they argue about Justin's guilt. Reena worries about Justin and then Max finds her and tries to comfort her. Ryan tells Sam that he thinks Justin is innocent. Billy Joe tries to remember what happened and calls Elena who hangs up on him because she is practicing with Jeb. Striker brings Justin to detective Donovan.
