Plot Overview

Elena give Billy Joe coffee and she tells him she wants him to tell help her get a singing job but he comes on to her instead and so she takes off. Max and Ginny with Steve tell Kate that Justin has been arrested for trying to shoot Alex but Kate doesn't believe Justin did it. Justin is brought into the police station. Kevin tells Courtney that he wants her to assist in an operation of Alex. Jeb goes to Maggie's looking for Billy Joe and tells her he thinks Elena might be with him. Elena shows up at Maggie's. Striker and Reena come to see how Kate is doing and to offer help. Kate decides to use the ranch to get Justin's bail. Justin realizes he was wrong all along about Alex Wheeler. Clipper and Terry are asked to give their statements and Terry tells Clipper that it is hard for her to testify against Justin because he saved Rikki's and her life but she also says she will tell Alex how Clipper tried to save him. Kevin is against Ryan being in OR but finally gives in. Elena tells Maggie and Nita that she wants to quit school and work at the restaurant. Max and Reena argue about Justin and she tells him that what she and Justin had 10 years ago isn't the same now. Jeb tells Elena he will help teach her about music if she stays on the ranch and finishes school. The operation begins on Alex
