Plot Overview

Dennis calls Iris and demands to know what Alex is up to and why he wanted to see Elliot. Elliot tells Dennis that Alex wants him out of town and that Iris exaggerated the threat. Elliot and Dennis eat at Maggie's where she meets Elliot and learns that Dawn broke their engagement. Maggie calls Kate and then Kate tries to get Dawn to see Dennis but she tells Kate about finding Paige with Dennis. Rikki takes Elena to Max and makes her tell him about Billy Joe. Max makes a tearful Elena tell Dawn in front of Jeb and Kate and Rikki about Billy Joe but she also tells her that Billy Joe said he was working that night and wasn't the one who attacked her. Jeb tries to comfort Elena. Elena tells Jeb she is sick of the ranch and wants to be a singer. Jeb tells Max and Rikki if he doesn't watch it Elena will runaway. Elliot while talking to Dennis flips out while hearing the guys singing "The Eyes of Texas Are Upon Us". Alex tells Iris that he told Elliot to leave town but won't give her the details. A flipped-out Elliot alone swears to kill Alex before he will let him drive him out of Houston and take his son away. At the club, Alex gives Iris her wedding gift of a necklace as the closed club plays their song.
