Plot Overview

Brette and Mark visit Judith who tells them that their father has spent the night with her but she can't get him to tell her about the accident that landed her in the hospital. Then the doctor enters and Brette, Mark and Grant step outside. Lindsey finds Allison going through files in the office and packing. T.J. tells Ginny he hated to put Gregory though having his hopes dashed and then Justin bursts in and demands to know what he was doing at his home last night. T.J. tells Justin that he is doing more harm than good to Gregory. Justin tells T.J. that he and his son haven't given up on Ashley and they will find her. T.J. tells Justin he will get his son away from him. Grant tells Mark and Brette that Judith doesn't remember anything about the day of the shooting and Judith doesn't know that Mark and Ruby are married so it is best to keep Ruby out of Judith's room for now. Then Mark gets a call from Lindsey informing him that Allison is packing her stuff, so Mark leaves the hospital and heads to work. Ruby visits Billy Joe at KVIK and he tells her he is doing his show on unemployment today. Then Christine tells Ruby she didn't think she would pull it off and get Mark to marry her but she is happy for her. Brette visits Judith and they bond a bit and talk about how much better she gets along with Vivien now and also how much closer they are now. Judith also mentions how happy she is that Mark has Allison. Allison finds the file she is looking for and then Mark enters and asks her what she is doing. Billy Joe talks to his audience about unemployment. Then at a commercial break Billy Joe tells Christine his contract with Marshall Oil is up in a couple weeks and he isn't going to be the Ace High spokesperson any more. Allison tells Mark she is going to work for Justin and then she slaps Mark when he makes a comment about taking Ashley's place. Allison also tells him that she isn't mad he married Ruby. Then Ruby arrives as Allison leaves and learns that Allison slapped him and quit World Oil. T.J. remembers his talk with Gregory and then Ginny tells T.J. that Doris is here to see him. Doris tells T.J. she is here to talk about his son. Doris tells T.J. that Gregory is being well cared for at Marshall Oaks and she will keep him informed of how he is doing. She also says that she doesn't think it will be too long before Justin and Gregory accept that Ashley is gone. When Doris leaves she tells T.J. to careful of Allison because she is very confused right now and could cause trouble. Ruby offers to help Mark at World Oil but he tells her married couples shouldn't work together. Then he tells Ruby that Judith doesn't remember that they got married and for now they shouldn't tell her because it might upset her. Then Mark discovers that Allison took the files on potential leaseholders. Allison joins Justin, Hawker and Boots at Marshall Oil. Hawker, Boots, Justin and Allison discuss getting Cyrus Blanchard's leases for Marshall Oil. Then Allison suggests a brand new Ace High campaign with Billy Joe. Ruby tells Brette that Allison quit World Oil and took an important file with her. Then Grant enters and Brette tells him she has to go help Mark at work for a while and leaves. Then Ruby and Grant chat about her being his favorite daughter-in-law. Brette arrives to help mark but he tells her he can handle it. Then they argue about his being upset that a woman out maneuvered him and Brette storms out. Judith tells Grant she had a dream about her mother and father. Judith tells Grant she wanted to go to her mother and father but then she became aware of him. Then she realizes that Grant is the reason she is alive.
