Plot Overview

Gregory writes a letter to Ashley about a new planting catalog and also about this being his first Thanksgiving at Marshall Oaks. A drunken Paige looks through pictures that George took but she can't find any of him. Brette tells everyone there is no word yet. Reena tells Ruby that the story of Judith's affair with George will be in the paper tonight and that Grant knows already but Mark and Brette have to be told. T.J. stops by Marshall Oaks and Doris tries to keep him out but then Justin enters and T.J. tells him he is looking for Paige. Kate tells T.J. that Paige went into town. Then T.J. leaves. Reena mentions Max to Grant and he misunderstands and tells her that Judith is not going to die. Then Reena asks Grant to talk to the kids about how he is feeling. Then Mark tells them he wants Reena to leave. Grant tries to get Mark to apologize but he won't and then Grant walks Reena out. Brette yells at Mark and then Ruby gets him to apologize to Brette. Gregory tells Justin and Kate how Ashley always came home for Thanksgiving and that the night before they would go out to dinner and it would be their date. Then he adds that he knows Ashley is coming back. Reena tells Grant that the newspaper is going to print the fact that George and Judith had an affair and he needs to tell Brette and Mark before they read about it in the paper. Then Grant asks Reena why Judith did it and wonders if she really hated him that much but Reena tells Grant that Judith loves him and took the bullet that was meant for him. Allison brings Mark some oil leases and he tells her that he isn't doing business in the hospital. Then Allison runs into Brette and Ruby and tells Ruby that what happens to the Wheelers is everyone's business and she wonders how Ruby is going to handle that. T.J. finds a passed out Paige and smashes a bottle to wake her up. T.J. tells Paige to get up but she won't and says she wants to die. So T.J. picks Paige up and carries her. Rikki arrives at Gulf Coast and Brette tells him that George wanted to kill her. T.J. puts Paige in the shower and makes her fight to live. Vicky reads an article on Judith in the paper and then Reena arrives home and breaks down in Vicky's arms. Allison finds Gregory's notebook and then Gregory enters and yells at her. Justin enters and, when Allison leaves, Gregory tells Justin that he has stuff for mom in his desk drawer for when she comes home. Ruby tells Grant that there is a detailed article in the evening paper about Judith's affair with George and offers to take Rikki away so he can tell Brette and Mark. Grant tells Ruby not to go too far because family has to stick together. Allison tells Doris about Gregory keeping stuff for Ashley and that she wants to be informed about it from now on. Then Kate enters and tells Allison she is doing more harm than good. T.J. tells Paige that he can arrange to have George and Maggie buried together. Then Paige tells T.J. that George called her an endangered species once but that he was wrong because she is a survivor and he was the one is was an endangered species. Grant tells Mark and Brette about Judith's affair with George and Mark blames Grant. Then Mark and Brette argue and Brette walks away. Then Grant tells Mark he is sorry but Mark just walks away. Grant tells Mark they need to talk but Mark says no. Then Ruby comforts Mark. Vicky brings a blanket in for Reena who is lying on the sofa. T.J. finally gets Paige to leave George's studio. Justin, Gregory, Kate and Doris get ready for Thanksgiving as Allison sits on the sofa and mopes.
