Plot Overview

Ruby tells Mark she loves him and he says he loves her too. George catches Paige looking at pictures. T.J. tells Ashley she needs to get a divorce now. Ashley tells T.J. she will get a divorce and T.J. urges her to call her attorney now. Doris listens without them knowing it. Paige thanks George for all that he has done. Then they talk about her singing and his pictures. Then Paige sees a photo of Maggie and he tells her how much he loves his sister. Then Paige gets upset when she sees a picture of T.J. When Ruby questions Mark later on about his telling her he loves her he doesn't remember saying it but tells her he meant it. Ruby tells him she isn't trying to tie him down. Then Mark talks about being a pal barer and asks Ruby to be with him and she says she will. Judith tells Vivien she is welcome at the funeral and then Vivien offers to help Kate at the ranch afterward. Gregory asks Ashley to tell Justin to come to see him and Ashley wonders what Justin is doing. Billy Joe Jr.'s says mommy as his first word and Billy Joe tells him he is going to get his mommy back. Brette and Rikki talk about his record collection and then they listen to "When a Man Loves a Woman" and dance. Rikki tells her he is going to miss her while she is gone. George calls Vivien and Vivien tells him that everyone is going to the funeral. Ginny tells Kate she talked to Jeb and Terry but told them they didn't need to come in for the funeral. Then Paige arrives and Ginny is glad to see her. Kate also thanks Ginny for needing Paige. Elena sees Billy Joe and he asks her to sit with Billy Joe Jr. after the funeral until tomorrow because Nita is coming home tomorrow because he is going to go and get her. Mark tells Brette she is doing the right thing going to Venezuela instead of to the funeral. Then Judith enters and says good-bye to Brette. Then Mark tells Judith he asked Ruby to the funeral and Judith isn't thrilled so Mark tells her if it bothers her he will take Ruby in his car. Allison tells Ashley she saw Justin in T.J.'s office the other day. Then Ashley tells Allison she is meeting with T.J. to go over the divorce and if she files on the grounds of adultery she may have to testify. Then Ashley also says she and T.J. hope to be together some day. After everyone leaves the Wheeler house, George enters it. George hides when Vivien re-enters the house. Then when Vivien leaves George looks around and finds a gun in the desk drawer. With the handle of the gun George smashes the family picture on the desk and says "just like you did to my family". Then he leaves the house with the gun. Joel and Lurlene talk to Kate and then Ginny and Paige enter and all leave for the funeral service with Joel taking Ginny. T.J. tells Ashley that Gregory's birth certificate is gone. Ashley tells T.J. that Justin was in the office acting crazy and Ashley believes Justin has the birth certificate and will take Gregory away.
