Plot Overview

Joel visits Lurlene and gives her the key back to the apartment. Reena visits Ginny and says she hopes their friendship doesn't put a strain on her relationship with Kate. Ashley, with T.J., tells Justin and Paige she wants Gregory back and Justin says that he is staying with him. When Kate arrives to see Ginny, Reena leaves. Then Kate gives Ginny a letter from Ryan that says he is still being hung up on work. T.J. threatens a court order but Justin doesn't care. Then Ashley asks to speak to Justin alone and tells Justin that she isn't leaving without Gregory. Allison shows Mark how helpful she is as his assistant. Then Mark tells Allison he picked up Joel and is staying with him for now because he is in love with Lurlene. Mark adds that his own views are more liberal. Joel tells Lurlene that the penthouse isn't exactly his style. Then he tells Lurlene he is going to KVIK with the possibility of working there. Lurlene pulls back when Joel tries to get close but does agree to go out with him tonight. Hunt tells Vicky he has some ideas for the Billy Joe game show. Stella tells Christine that she wants to interview Rikki and Brette. Then Rikki arrives and learns of the interview idea. Justin tells Ashley all he wants is for them to all live together but Ashley says it's too late and he will bring Gregory to Marshall Oaks in the morning or she will pull her $40,000,000 out of Marshall Oil. Rikki agrees to think about Brette being on an interview. Then Reena shows up and Rikki asks Reena to talk to Joel about a job. Lurlene tells Kate she doesn't have a lot of time to spend with Joel because she has things to take care of at the Coop. Stella complains to the lighting man and then Joel runs into Stella, who thinks he would make a good interview, but he declines. Reena tells Vicky of her nice lunch with Ginny and how she likes what she is doing at KVIK. Reena also says she wishes things were better between her and Kate. Reena also tells Vicky she is meeting with Joel. Lurlene tells Kate she isn't avoiding Joel but Kate tells her they love each other. Then they talk about Paige and her pain. Allison accepts a dinner invitation from Mark. Hunt brings Joel and Rikki to Vicky and Reena and they discuss what Joel would be good at. Vicky suggests he look around and see what interests him the most. Justin tells Paige he has to take Gregory over to Marshall Oaks in the morning or Ashley will ruin Marshall Oil and Ace High. Then Gregory comes in and Justin tells him he needs to talk to him. Ashley tells T.J. what she told Justin and he says he doesn't know how much he can take before he tells Justin the truth about Gregory. He also tells Ashley that Gregory has to be told who his real parents are. Justin tells Gregory that he is going home to Marshall Oaks but that he won't be going home with him because he and Ashley are getting a divorce.
