Lurlene and Joel tell Ruby and Kate the good news about his eyesight. George thanks Hunt and Vicky for their help and Hunt thinks George may be good for KVIK. Then Justin arrives to talk to Vicky about Billy Joe. Vivien gets a call from Ward Newman tells Judith that he will be here to see her at 7:30. Judith is upset that her lawyer is coming. Lurlene and Joel tell Kate and Ruby that he has a 60% of the operation being successful. Allison tells Reena bout Ruby stopping by Mark's and Reena tells her that Ruby is trouble and that Mark doesn't seem to understand that. She also tells Allison she would be happy to see her and Mark together. Judith jumps on Vivien for telling her lawyer he could see her. Then George arrives to see Judith. Billy Joe walks up while Justin and Vicky are discussing him and Justin is mad that Billy Joe couldn't find a sitter and misses studio time. Justin tells Billy Joe he is going to watch him tape the new commercials. Judith asks George if he can keep Grant from getting home at 7:30 and finding her with her lawyer and he agrees to help. Mark and Grant are impressed with Allison's work and say they need to find more for her to do. Then she leaves with Mark and Reena tells Grant she can't stay at World Oil. Ruby offers George her exclusive life story for $10,000 but he tells her that he doesn't have the money but will be in touch. Then Brette runs into the 2 of them. Vivien tells John how Judith yelled at her. John tells her she is simply a victim of displacement and makes her feel better. George asks Brette if he can take pictures of her, Mark and Grant tonight and she says she will talk to the others about it. Ruby walks in on Allison and Mark. Then when Allison leaves, Ruby tells Mark she will be a widow soon. Ruby asks Mark to dinner but he tells her he is having dinner with Allison. When Joel leaves, Lurlene tells Kate that Joel won't need her once he gets his eyesight back. She also says that Joel simply has a crush on her but Kate says that isn't true. Lurlene adds that she doesn't want to get hurt and he can't know that she loves him because she doesn't want him to feel trapped. Ruby tells Allison that she and Mark are practically engaged and not to make a play for him. Then Reena enters and Allison leaves. Reena lets Ruby know that Mark is interested in Allison. Brette talks Grant into letting George take pictures and tells George 6:30 for pictures. George then calls Judith to let her know is all set and will do his best to stretch it out until 8:00. Justin gets upset when Billy Joe keeps screwing up on the commercial. Kate tells Vicky the news of Joel's operation. Then Vicky tells her that Striker left Houston and gives her a letter from him. Then Hunt enters and meets Kate. Justin runs into Reena at KVIK and she tells him that she is going to hound him for the rest of his life. Justin tells Reena they have to get together again soon. Judith's lawyer tells her she is very deeply in debt.
