Plot Overview

George tells Mark and Grant how helpful Judith has been on his project. A police officer asks for warrants for possession of stolen money for Ruby, Lurlene and Mavis as Mavis dances with Grant. Elena, Brette and Judith hear Reena tell Justin arguing and Reena tells Elena she won't be OK until Justin is out of Houston. Joel asks Lurlene to dance. Reena tells Elena it is more than just Max's death that she hates Justin for. Judith talks to Brette about the scene between Justin and Reena. Brette says they should leave it alone. Justin tells Paige it's a mistake not to call off the wedding because T.J. will hurt her. Then Justin says good night to everyone. In the powder room, Elena leaves and Judith tells Reena she has lost Grant. Elena cuts in on Ruby to dance with Mark as Rikki dances with Reena. Then Rikki and Grant change partners and George takes a picture of Judith as she watches Grant dancing with Reena. Ruby finds Billy Joe at the bar, sad about Nita leaving and she tries to comfort him. Reena tells Grant she wishes they were in Palm Springs again. Reena tells Vicky she fought with Justin again. Billy Joe decides he wants to go home and be with Billy Joe Jr. Judith tells Grant about the scene Reena had with Justin by the elevators. Then Rikki dedicates a song to Mavis. While he sings the warrants are delivered. Justin comes home and Gregory tells Allison that they will all be happy in their new home. The officer tells the girls they are being arrested for possession of stolen money and neither Joel, Vicky nor Mark can stop it. Then Lurlene tells Mavis she doesn't own the Top of the World Club. The girls learn the penalty is up to 20 years in jail. Mark tells Grant that Gretchen must have had stolen money and they need to come up with a plan to get them out of jail. Grant asks T.J. if he can help beat the charges of possession and distribution of stolen money. Gregory goes to bed and then Allison tells Justin that Ashley is very upset. Justin blames T.J. Paige and T.J. leave the club and then Reena leaves, followed by Joel with Vicky and Hunt. Rikki, Brette and Elena leave with George offering to take Judith home. Reena finds Striker sitting in the dark and they comfort each other. Then Reena remembers dancing with Grant in Palm Springs. Mark tells Grant that T.J. can't get the girls out tonight. George drops Judith off and tells her that he would like to help her if she needs to talk. Then he invites her to come by his studio sometime. T.J. tells the girls that the FBI is involved. The girls tell Mavis they will explain the whole story in the morning. Hunt drops Vicky off and Striker watches in the dark.
