Plot Overview

Grant and Ryan fly over the Hitopah canyon. Reena tells Sheriff Bowen of their plight and then Judith wants to call Grant. Brette goes into a trance and sees Sutar. Judith contacts Grant and tells him to meet the sheriff at his ranch. Rikki carries Brette out of the cave and after everyone gets out the entire cave entrance disappears. Joel tells Lurlene what good friends he and Rikki are. Then the nurse and Lurlene get Joel out of bed for a walk. Grant and Ryan meet the sheriff and head to the café. Striker tells Vicky he wants to try to save their marriage. Pepe sees a helicopter landing and as Brette, Rikki, Mark and Ruby enter the café, Adams pulls a gun on them. Ginny and Kate meet Judith and learn from Reena that Joel is the guide who was shot and is in the hospital with Lurlene. Ruby recognizes Addams as the insurance man looking for Beau. Rikki also recognizes him as the man following him and Brette. They tell Addams that Gretchen is dead. Then the sheriff, Ryan and Grant enter and Adams shoots at the sheriff. Vicky tells Striker to take all the time he needs because he may have taken too much time already. Ryan and Grant shoot at Addams who escapes out the back of the café. Rikki learns that Joel is alive. Judith and Reena discuss Grant. Joel meets Ginny and talks to her and Kate and Lurlene about how he is planning to go back to being a guide and how much he loves seeing all that nature has to offer. Grant tells Mark and Brette that Judith is in Houston waiting for them to return with Reena. Ryan suggests that they go home in the morning and Brette tells Rikki that Sutar was there and wanted her to stay with him. Joel tells Lurlene that they have a lot in common. Rikki tells Brette he is glad she didn't stay in the cave with Sutar because he loves her. Grant and Mark call Reena and Judith to let them know that they are OK and will be home in the morning. Then Judith leaves telling Reena that while this ordeal is over another may be just around the corner.
