Mark tells Rikki it is best if Rikki sees Hawker and Boots alone and finds out who is backing them. Ginny tells Miles that Kate confirmed that Beau left right after Gregory was found. Mr. Brooks tells Ruby he has a check for Beau Baker. John tells Grant that he can help Vivien redecorate but Vivien tries to prevent him from offering. Billy Joe apologizes to Vicky for being late to the studio. Ruby isn't interested in the check when she finds out how small it is and tells Brooks that she hasn't seen Beau in a month and also mentions that she is in the market for an apartment. Mark tells Reena that he is very interested in finding out who is behind Hawker and Boots. Vivien notices that Brette is down and asks if she can help but Brette says no. Vicky questions Reena about hiring Allison but Reena tells her that it has nothing to do with getting revenge against Justin. Rikki tells Brette he will help her with Hitopah after he meets with Hawker and Boots. Miles tells Ginny whoever is behind Beau is very powerful and dangerous and hopefully hasn't figured out how to use the Fire Compass. Hawker and Boots tell Hannibal that Rikki Dekker is the man for the job in politics but Hannibal tells them that he has no time for that now and when they leave Hannibal tells Addams to find Beau Baker. Billy Joe tells Adams that he hasn't seen Beau in over a month. Rikki notices how shaky Ruby is and asks if everything is all right and she says it is. Ginny leaves and Miles calls Brette who suggests they meet at the Chicken Coop. Vivien tells Reena that she thinks it would be nice if she and Grant got together. Rikki can't get Hawker and Boots to say who is behind them. Adams searches the motel room and finds Hannibal's number on a piece of paper proving the Beau had been in the motel room. Reena tells Grant that nothing can come between Ryan and Ginny for long. Rikki tells Mark that he learned nothing from his visit with Hawker and Boots except that they seem to have put the political stuff on hold. After Ruby plays with the Fire Compass and puts it back in her purse, Miles enters the Coop. Adams tells Hannibal that Ruby lied to them about not having seen Beau in a month. Miles stands at the bar right next to Ruby's purse.
