Plot Overview
Justin and Austin dance on the yacht. Nita gives Billy Joe the divorce papers. Paige tells Elliot she is leaving Houston tonight but he says he won't let her go. As Justin and Ashley dance they see Ryan on deck. Billy Joe tells Nita he won't give her a divorce. Elliot tells Paige if she leaves he will go after her because he won't let her go. Billy Joe and Nita argue in front of Rikki and Ruby and then Nita walks out and Billy Joe tells Rikki he doesn't want him singing at the Coop. Dr. Jefferies questions Dennis. Justin and Ryan argue and then Ryan leaves and Justin tells Ashley that he told Bubba to run Mr. Johnson out of town. Ruby tries calm the fight between Rikki and Billy Joe. Ashley asks Justin not to tell people about the baby for a couple months yet and then he surprises her with her wedding gift of fireworks. Ryan questions a desk clerk about Mr. Johnson but learns he checked out 2 days ago and 2 other people have been looking for him as well. Ruby tells Billy Joe that Rikki isn't interested in Nita just in his career and other things now and she also says with Billy Joe's new career she is going to help him get Nita back. Dr. Jefferies tells Elliot that he thinks Dennis will be fine. Ryan tells Ginny he can't figure out who is looking for Mr. Johnson besides Bubba and also tells her that he can't marry her until he clears his name. Ruby questions Elena about Joe. Elliot tells Paige that Dennis seems to be doing better and also reminds her again that if she leaves town he will follow her. Elena and Rikki sing "Slow Dancing Under the Stars". Ginny tells Ryan they are getting married in 3 weeks no matter what. Paige fantasizes about Iris throwing and engagement party for her and Elliot and then Dennis shows her porno film. Rikki tells Ruby that he and Nita are just friends.
