Plot Overview

Iris tells Grant she spoke to Evan and both are puzzled about the nurse telling her to see Evan and Iris adds that she thinks Ryan was behind it. Justin tells Ashley he is sorry if his timing was bad. Elliot shows Dennis his new office at KVIK and then Vicky stops by and all decide to have lunch together. Paige tells Peter she is going to talk to Elliot about why there isn't something in the morning paper again about Joe's confession. Peter asks her how long he thinks she is going to keep putting him off. Elena and Joe wake to Ruby ringing her doorbell and so Joe hides in the bathroom with the sheet from the bed. Grant tries to tell Iris there wasn't time for Alex and Ryan to talk let alone argue. Dennis leaves and Elliot & Vicky agree that Dennis doesn't need to know about the confession until he is off the hook. Paige tells Peter she is moving out. Elena tries to keep Ruby out of the bathroom. Lacy tells Grant she would rather work for Max Dekker than at KVIK. She also tells him that Ryan may need his help with Iris. Iris and Ashley talk about Reena and Justin and Iris tells her to fight for him if she wants him. Paige stops by KVIK and asks Elliot to dinner. Detective Michaels stops by Peter's. Iris questions Justin about the amount of time Ryan had with Alex and says she will find a way to prove his guilt. Ruby asks Elena if she can move in with her. Elliot takes a rain check on the dinner and then Dennis enters and after he is rude to Paige and Paige leaves, Elliot tells Dennis about Joe's confession. Ashley tells Justin she thinks Iris is wrong about Ryan but Justin says doesn't matter because Iris is going after him. Vicky tells Elliot and Dennis that Striker just called and Dennis conviction has been set aside. Detective Michaels questions Peter about Joe and then Paige arrives. Iris and Grant have words about Ryan and then he and Lacy leave and Iris calls Detective Donovan. Elena tells Ruby she doesn't want a roommate but will think about it and then when Ruby leaves she tells Joe about their predicament. Det. Michaels leaves and then Elliot calls to tell Paige that Dennis has been cleared and Peter wants to take her out on the town to celebrate. Ashley won't have dinner with Justin so he gives her an engagement ring right in his office. Iris asks Det. Donovan to arrest Ryan for the murder of Alex.
