Plot Overview

Kate tells Max and Reena that she doesn't want Justin to go to jail. Justin tells Ashley that it hurts him to have Ryan believe Max over him and then when she leaves Bubba enters and Justin tells him he better find a way to keep them out of jail. Billy Joe tells Ruby that Rikki talked Nita into getting a divorce. Then Billy Joe storms off as Rikki arrives and Ruby mentions to him about singing again if Elena doesn't show up but then Elena arrives at the Coop. Striker, Vicky, Elliot and Dennis discuss Elliot's first day on the job. Then Peter and Paige arrive to have dinner at the Club as well. Bubba tells Justin what company and engineer Ryan needs to use. After Paige and peter sit down Dennis, filled with rage, goes over to the table and grabbing Paige by the jaw and lips tells her she is looking good for a tramp and then walks away only to have Elliot try to reason with him. Elena and Ruby and Rikki talk then Billy Joe comes back and Elena realizes it is almost time for the show. Max tells Kate that he won't do anything about Justin until he talks it over with her. Ashley tells Justin that family is very important to her. Grant introduces Lacy to Vicky, Striker and Elliot and then they discuss her meeting Jeb which Grant is none too pleased about. Vicky decides to offer Lacy a job at KVIK. Elena calls the diner and learns Joe isn't there. Reena tells Max that she thinks Ashley loves Justin but Max tells Reena that he thinks Justin is in love with her and that is the reason he started this oil mess to try to break them up. Justin asks Ashley to stay with him tonight because he doesn't want to be alone. Billy Joe tells Rikki and Ruby that Elena is sick and just went home so he asks Rikki to sing again. Vicky tells Elliot that Paige seems as if she has given up on herself and then she also talks about her concern over Striker working too much. Grant and Striker discuss the nurse that got Iris out of the suite but both agree it wasn't foul play. Elena finds Joe very sick and tells him she is going to the doctor again because his arm is probably infected. Max and Reena talk again about having children. Billy Joe and Paige comfort each other over their separations from their spouses. Elena tells a practically unconscious Joe that he will be okay from the blood poisoning and that she will take the job as a waitress at the diner tomorrow but in return he has to write the confession to clear Dennis now. Justin tells Ashley that Bubba is slant drilling and max and Ryan are right but that he knew nothing about it. He also tells her that Bubba will say he is involved in it too unless Ashley helps him and then he gives her the piece of paper with the man's name on it that Bubba gave him.
