Plot Overview
Nita asks Billy Joe if he had anything to do with Elena's troubles. Jeb, Max and Elena arrive at the cabin and see Reena. Iris visits Dennis in jail. Billy Joe says he has not gotten involved with the wrong people. Elena and Jeb tell Max and Reena they want to have them to dinner at the Dekker house. Dennis yells at Iris for withholding information. Max and Reena spend some quality time together. After Nita leaves to go shopping Billy Joe decides to find out what is in the locker. Iris tells Dennis she is sorry and Dennis tells her he wants to divorce Paige. Max tells Reena he is angry when he finds heavy equipment being put on the Harper land. Dennis asks Iris not to see him for awhile and then she leaves and Dennis tells Elliot he wants him to live in the apartment while he is in jail. Billy finds the locker and opens it. Dennis tells Elliot he doesn't remember what happened in Chris' office and Elliot says he will prove Dennis' innocence. Elena remembers Joe holding a gun at her and then Jeb tries to comfort her. Billy Joe finds a suitcase in the locker and takes it. Max storms into Justin's office and then meets Bubba. Jeb tries to convince Elena that Joe has left the country. Iris tells Elliot that if Denis is taken away to prison she wants him to know before he goes that Alex is his real father. Max offers to lease them the mineral rights to his land in exchange for the Harper land but Justin says no so when Max leaves Justin tells bubba that Max was up to something. Billy Joe finds money in the suitcase and then Nita comes home and he says it is Rikki's. Elliot tells Iris he will not allow her to tell Dennis but she says her mind is made up. Nita leaves and then Detective Donovan arrives.
