Plot Overview

Max tells Reena he is here to propose. Bart wants to celebrate Courtney becoming his partner. Jeb tells Elena they can get back to practicing. Max makes a long speech and then asks Reena to marry him. Reena tells Max she has to think about the proposal because the next time she marries it has to work. Ryan asks Kevin's help with Barrett in trying to prove that Elliot shot Alex. Striker asks Reena what happened and she tells him she is thinking about Max's proposal. Elena dresses like Suzanne and Jeb tells her to stop it. Ryan asks Bart's help in getting Barrett to remember what happened in Cambodia. Ryan tells Nita of Rikki being on another assignment with Shelly. Shelly talks Rikki into taking a night on the town in St. Croix. Elliot tells Sam that he has to leave the job. Justin flirts with Sam in front of co-workers. Jeb tells Elena about Suzanne and Courtney enters as they embrace and says she is moving back to town. Reena tells Justin she needs to talk to him in front of Sam.
