Just filmed there wikipedia has an absurdly detailed article on the show including a large section discussing the setting. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Highlander:_The_Series#Location It was set in the fictional city of Seacouver which was kind of a blend of Seattle and Vancouver but in Washington state.--The-jam
