Plot Overview
An ambitious and aggressive newswoman is always on the scene and in the way as Hooker pursues a pair of murderous armed robbers, one of whom is armed with an unusual weapon, a machine gun with a laser pointer on top that's similar to a weapon used by a popular comic strip character. Corrigan has added incentive to nail the creeps...he left the girl who was killed, Lt. O'Brien's niece, by herself at a jewelry store that was robbed while he tended to other business.
