Plot Overview
Jo heads to Scotch Plains, New Jersey where Debbie and Joe Citarella need help with their three daughters: 7-year-old Rebecca, 6-year-old Sarah & 3-year-old Hannah, and their one-year-old son Joshua. Debbie admits that the kids run "a three-ring circus" around her and even little Hannah has taken up shoplifting at a local drug store. Debbie tends to laugh all the time, even when she's trying to discipline her kids while Joe wears earplugs whenever he drives with the kids & admits that the kids' behavior has taken the fun out of being a parent. Jo is concerned that Debbie isn't serious about wanting to change and has some strict words for her.
