Plot Overview
A nurses' strike at Rittenhouse causes chaos which forces Dana to withhold an experimental treatment for an ill baby and delays a medical procedure for one of Lu's patients who is the victim of physical abuse at the hands of her husband, who winds up on the roof of the hospital while searching for his wife; while working in the ER during the strike, Robert misdiagnoses a patient.
