Plot Overview
The 'Picture Bomber', so called because he has sent police pictures of an items connected to each of his targets, is responsible for at least five deaths. Murphy and the team determine from a picture of a brass ring that his next target is a merry-go-round at a kiddie park, and they arrive in time to find the bomb and prevent its detonation, but they're surprised to see that the next picture he sends is a picture of Deputy Commissioner Klein.
