Split Personality is a game show that aired afternoons on NBC.
The game pitted two contestants each facing their own game board of nine squares, each square with a category as a clue about a famous personality. The trick here is for the players to give each other clues. First player to correctly identify the personality wins the game. Two games wins the championship and prizes.
That player plays a bonus game where the object is to identify the two personalities whose picture has been melded into one.
There was a Split Personality show on Australian television in 1967 but it had nothing to do with this edition.
