Speed Grapher takes place in a world where the gap between the rich and the poor has ever widened, and money can buy anything. Saiga, an ex-war photographer, investigates a secret club where the elite members of society fraternize. He finds that they are somehow exploiting a young, beautiful girl to gain absolute euphoria. Saiga must decide if he should throw away his life and save this girl from her hell.
