From The TV IV

Season Two South Park premiered on April 1, 1998. This season was notorious for its season opener, Terrance & Phillip in "Not Without My Anus", a fake out when they were supposed to air the finale to the cliffhanger episode from the first season. The season ended on January 20, 1999.
