Plot Overview
Elaine despises her new co-worker for not swinging her arms when she walks. Kramer, working as a seat filler for the Oscars, must tell Raquel Welch, of all people, that she's being fired for not swinging her arms when she walks, which results in the actress savagely attacking him. When Elaine, who suspects that her co-worker is out to get her, explains her situation to two cops, imitating her co-worker's walk, who else but Raquel shows up...and thinking that Elaine is mocking her, gets into a vicious catfight. George, now that he is free, thinks that this is the Summer his life will change, but fate has other plans.
