Plot Overview
The gang gets stuck in a traffic jam caused by the Puerto Rican Day parade. Kramer accidentally sets a Puerto Rican flag on fire, which causes him to be chased by an angry mob which includes the two 'street toughs' who stole an armoire from him a while back.
