Plot Overview
When Mike dives off a pier into the ocean to retrieve a young boy's bike, he's noticed by the owner of a nearby diner, who immediately phones a trio of thugs who threaten him when he exits the water. With his curiosity piqued, Mike returns late at night to dive again and finds what the thugs were worried he'd find...a gun that's a possible murder weapon. When he's cornered by the gang, it's up to Mike's new friend, Jimmy, to send the cops to the rescue.
