JD tries to make friends with Elliot, trying to convince himself that he only likes her as a friend. Elliot manages to anger the entire nursing staff by ratting out Carla to Dr. Kelso; meanwhile Turk tries his best to get somewhere with the cynical nurse.

JD's ongoing effort to impress Dr. Cox runs into a few rough patches.
