Plot Overview
A monster Puritan named Hebediah Grim uses a giant mallet to mete out what he considers justice to all teenagers for various transgressions. Curiously, he absolves Velma of any such sins. The gang suspects Ethan and Gary, but they have iron-clad alibis. They take their investigation to a student who starred in a school play of "The Scorning."
