Plot Overview
The spirit of the famed sheriff Dead Justice returns and gets Sheriff Stone fired from his job after rounding up Crystal Cove's criminals. The gang first suspects a fellow detective, Night Ranger, of being Dead Justice after they see that the original was a lefty and the ghost shooting at them is righthanded, but they rule that out after Night Ranger rescues them from Dead Justice. The gang finds more clues as to who got Sheriff Stone fired. At the end, a disconsolate Fred (whose dad didn't thank him for solving the mystery) proposes marriage to Daphne.
