Say When!! is a daytime game show that aired on NBC. It is widely considered a clone of The Price Is Right.

Two contestants compete. A value figure is presented to them and four prizes are displayed. In turn, the contestants select a prize (which is replaced by a new prize). Its value is displayed on that contestant's tote screen and added to the existing score value. The object is to accept as many prizes as possible without going over the target value.

Players could "freeze" their score (or "say when") once they were within $250 of the target. The opponent must best the frozen total. Going over the target loses.

A regular prize was the "Blank Check", a grocery item in which the contestant may select in multiples with the total value added to the score. (Host Art James would host a show called Blank Check in 1975.)

In a test run episode (recorded December 20, 1960), there were two games with different contestants for each game with the target value $750. The winners of those games competed in a game with the target value of $2000. In all games, a player selecting a prize could stop; at that point, the value of the prize is not disclosed until the opponent chooses to stop.

The basic concept of Say When!! would be used again in 1975 by the Carruthers Corporation on the CBS game show Give-N-Take. A British edition of Say When!! aired from 1962 to 1964 and was revived from 1971 to 1977 under the new title Spending Spree.
