Plot Overview
Acting as the chairman for an anti-gambling bill, Paul decides to investigate the 'accidental' death of his friend, Senator Dwight Sinclair, the previous chairman. He's led to Detroit in the search for well-connected mobsters who may be behind the Senator's death.
