The Show
Big props to guest stars Franchot Tone (as Paul's mentor, Judge Wilson), and especially to James Daly, who effortlessly channeled guys like Joe Pyne in his portrayal of talk show host Jerry Haines. Daly was one of the more in-demand guest actors of this period, and roles like this show why he was so popular among casting directors.
